Listens, listens and listens again. Challenges positively and asks relevant questions, some of which I had not considered. Offer options, alternatives and critically makes you feel important to the business. Meetings are followed up with a clear written explanation of the agenda and topics discussed.

Could keep clients updates with newsletter. Could have annual review with clients even if only by telephone. Could try to sell me more or deal with larger part of my portfolio/ finances.

Jonathon - always keep me informed and is also able to repond to questions and queries in a time frame applicable, I have always had a reply within 24 hours, if not sooner. Listens thoroughly to my requirements and needs. Gives me suggestions for investments etc and patiently fully explains and answers any of my questions. Understands at what level of risk I am prepared to take and advises accordingly. He is supported by an excellent team and any paperwork sent to me for signing is clearly labelled where it has to be signed (& provides sae!!). I am never made to feel a nuisance if I telephone or email with a query. I am delighted to be working with him and trust his judgement.

What could they have done better?

I am not going to be able to help here as I cannot think of anything at this stage that I would want him to change!

I have dealt with Jonathon Crisp mainly for advice on both a personal and business basis for over 10 years. They are not the typical stereotypical advisors one often comes across within the within the financial services sector but they are both extremely personable and professional . This is also a viewed shared by our own Managing Director They take time to understand your personal circumstances , attitude towards risk and overall ambitions and their advice reflects accordingly. It is vary rare that I would reccomend companies to other individuals or business but would not hesitate to recommend these guys.

My adviser took the time to listen to my requirements. Ask the relevent quations in order to gain knowledge and understanding of my objectives in relation to the sevices he was being asked to provide. He understands my attitude towards risk and was therefore able to help me develop a strategy that I am now happy with. A first class service. No hard sell or pushy persuasive attitude.
