I have been doing business with this firm for over 50 years. I have been well pleased with their research and advice - and their transparency and willingness to negotiate fees. With successive governments making their own changes to the rules the legislation applicable to personal pensions never seems to stay the same. Their regular guidance has been invaluable to me and my family.

How has Rebecca Taylor helped you?

Good straight forward advice backed by considerable research. Always friendly and helpful. No problem in obtaining appointments if required. Good to attend an office which, although more than adequate is not over lavish. You feel that your fees are not being waged. When I had a particular concern this last year, the strategy being adopted was fully explained and a potential misunderstanding about investment strategy was cleared up to my entire satisfaction.

I enjoy reading through the regular financial planning reports, and appreciate the quality and depth of information provided. I had first been introduced to Dunhams in 1977when I joined a company called Manning Beard who used them to handle the company pension scheme.They were found to be an excellent company in pensions.When we left MBL we had no hesitation in appointing Dunhams to continue the life & pensions requirements in our new company.

What could they have done better?

It is difficult to think of anything they could do better!!!

Rebecca & her team are always available whenever I approach or call them. They understand me & what I need from my many investments that I have had with them since 1999. We always have an annual review & report issued & meet to discuss this & any other concerns I might have. I am very pleased with Rebecca & her team & would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a professional , quality, Financial Adviser.

What could they have done better?

I might be useful to have a quarterly date set in the diary for a telephone/conference call to cover any issues that might be relevant or of interest . That said, I know I can approach Rebecca at any time on any concerns or questions I might have. Also, to be fair to Rebecca, I travel a great deal so I am not always easy to contact by telephone. A "portfolio update" on a six month basis would be useful I think.

Rebecca has great listening skills and genuine empathy with the clients who don't understand the complexity of the world of financial advice. Her advice remains objective and consistent when her views do not align with other financial advisers, being able to articulate why she does not agree and offering to step in to prevent a dubious transaction occurring. The thoroughness of her and her team's approach is first rate.

What could they have done better?

Present how the costs/charges are derived in managing the portfolio on a summary sheet.

My adviser has always been very helpful,listens to all my concerns and is always available to give me advise.Since Rebecca has been my adviser my investments have always continued grow,because of the way they are invested.

When I first contacted Rebecca I was looking to consolidate my pensions. She took me through the whole process explaining what she was doing and why all the way and the end result was of huge benefit to me. At a later date when I was looking to retire again Rebecca explained to me all the various options I had and then put my final decision in place. Since then she has regularly reviewed my pension, made constructive suggestions as to improvements where appropriate and made the whole process of my pension arrangements so easy. I would and have recommended her service to others

What could they have done better?

As I am delighted with what Rebecca has done for me over the last 14 years I have nothing to suggest an improvement

How has Rebecca Taylor helped you?

My answer to "Value for money's question" is low simply because I am not interested to know her fees & commission she earns for giving me her professional advise. She obviously take great pride and pleasure in her job and does not glory in the name of Ben Pink Dandelion.

What could they have done better?

I cannot think of anything in particular she could do better. I always prepare my questions beforehand and I try to make them less sharp or severe when I blurt them out to her and if I am not 100% happy I persist until I am satisfied that I receive the confidence I need.

Firstly very personable and easy to talk to , whether you have 20k or a million, there is no difference in how one is treated . The advice is always in the best interest of the client and not how much money the IFA is making out of you.

What could they have done better?

My only criticisam is that communication is not as quick as I would like .
