What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I had two pension pots and wish to move them and reinstate monthly payments.

Paul helped me to explore options. He asked specific questions to ascertain my life style and listened to all that I wanted to achieve from my pension. I received sterling service and the advice given was bespoke and tailored to my requirements. Paul explained every detail carefully to me with great patience. Once he had my decision and seal of approval he handled all the form filling and transferring my pension pots over to new company. This really took the stress out of it for me as I was initially worried about not understanding the pension plan world and completion of forms.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

In respect of quality and service yes. I have a annual management meeting in respect of pension performance. I trust Paul will realign any aspect of my pension plan that is under performing.

What could they have done better?

I truly do not feel that Paul could have done anything better. His honesty gained my trust. I felt comfortable through the whole process.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I was looking for an advisor to help with Equity Release. I used to hold a financial planning certificate and give advice on employer sponsored pensions. I was really pleased with the quality of service, the clarity of advice and the various warnings and potential pitfalls. I was very pleased with the whole process and regarded it as a model of professionalism.
