How has Tony Dungworth helped you?

I have known Tony for a number of years, both in his current role and his previous role with Nat West. He has the ability to explain difficult concepts in terms that I can understand, without being patronising in any way. He is also very happy to re-cap on areas where my grasp had started to slip. In my view, he gets the balance between "Listenting" and "Talking" just about spot on. I have encountered advisors in the past who seemed to like the sound of their own voice too much for my liking. I am also very impressed by his attention to detail.

What could they have done better?

The jokes could be better !

Making new investments is slightly complex and as a consequence I have not got round to investing although the funds are available.

Tony has always taken the time to both understand what my requirements are and to explain the pros and cons of the options available in a very clear and concise way. He is always available to contact by either email or phone and is very happy to call in to explain any grey areas. After each meeting he will summarise what has been discussed and will follow this up with a written copy which I have always found very useful.

Excellent Professional Advice and excellent customer service. Considerable amount of work done on our behalf pushing through the red tape of the Pension Companies to get what was best for us, not what was easiest or the best for the advisor. We were kept up to date with the process all along and always did what was agreed.

Littlle really. We are very satisfied. Perhaps present a range of different options for us to consider, rather than just the one recommended by him.

The FS sector has a reputation for fast cars & Italian suits. Tony is a complete & refreshing contrast ....relaxed, easy going & not inclined to pressurise you into a decision. He has a good technical knowledge of the tax & pensions regulatory framework & is abreast of current issues.

What could they have done better?

To assist in understanding the issues, legal framework & regulations relating to tax, investments & pensions it would be helpful if his practice were to produce simple data sheets summarising the leading topics.
