How has Stephen Heathcote helped you?
Steve's new build experienced helped us secure our four bed detached home in Gloucester within the developer time scales and he kept all parties informed at all the key stages of the application. We started with a detailed analyisis of our present circumstances and future objectives without even considering lenders or lender criteria. Then we moved on to interest rates and setting up fees. Then our personal cirmcustances and requirements were presented to the lender to gain an 'agreement in principle' before paying any setting up fees or legal fees. We agreed the best option was to port our existing mortgage to avoid early repayment charges and increas the loan on a product which ensures future secuirty but generous overpayment options. We were kept informed of the progress of the application at all stages and this managed our expectations. Steve's experience dealing with developers, lenders and estate agents helped ensure there were no issues. Outstanding
