We had a reasonably complex requirement involving purchasing a new house that needed work while being able to continue to live in our current house until the work was done. Paul came up with a few options and then recommended what he thought was the best way to do it.

Paul found us the best deal on the market that suited our budget and repayment needs, he did this for two properties (one sale fell through), all for one fee, handled all the paperwork and answered all our queries promptly and fully - as well as keeping us calm throughout the process.

Successful completion of property purchase and mortgage, so yes.

Not much - sometimes there was a slight delay in replying to emails and packs sent but that's the case with anyone, I would recommend you use Paul as a mortgage broker without reservation.

Paul was absolutely fantastic in supporting me through the process of getting a mortgage. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and he went above and beyond to try to secure me the best possible mortgage deal, even when this created additional work for him. Paul was accessible and the lines of communication were always open. I felt that he really listened to what I wanted and needed and took this on board to ensure that the 'best' deal was the one which was personalised to my needs and thus 'best' for me. When terms or language used by the mortgage companies was confusing, Paul was able to communicate the situation in a way more appropriate for the 'lay person'. The house purchase took five months and I felt that as Paul supported me throughout, I feel I got real value for money. I would certainly recommend him to friends and family.

I have worked with Paul on various purchases of Property from outside the UK and he has been outstanding in terms of responsiveness, obtaining great deals and most importantly getting me what I want. Paul has also advised me on pension matters and setting up trusts. I hold Paul in such high regard he is used by members of my family and friends.

He does an amazing job. I also call on weekends and he has no problem with that. He has pushed the Bank and Law firms for me. He is aggressive when I ask him to be with counterparties and he is a pleasure to work with.

I was receommended Paul by a friend and when I initially got in touch as a first time buyer, he was very happy to talk through the overall house buying process and steps which, while not directly relevant to giving me mortgage advise, it really helped me. Once I had found the property, Paul was highly responsive and helped me to get the mortgage application taken care of within days. He was proactive at following up and when the legal process turned into a saga he was happy to help where needed. I couldn't recommend Paul highly enough.
