What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I have amassed a number of pensions over the last 40 years and wasn’t clear on my best course of action to ensure me an income in retirement.

Deborah was on holiday so I saw Med Evans instead. My comments therefore relate to him. Very open and approachable. Explained matters clearly nat an appropriare level. I have since had a second no obligation talk with Med. I am minded to use Darwin when my funds become availible.

For several years I delayed the task of sorting a pension for the simple reason that I didn't really know where to start. It was recommended by a friend that I contact Debbie and I am really glad I did. I had 2 appointments in all and throughout felt very informed (in a language I could understand) I felt no pressure but also very confident in DebbieÂ’s knowledge and experience. She took into account my personal needs, what I could currently contribute and what I needed from a pension, allowing flexibility in the future if things were to change. Although professional Debbie is very friendly, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. I am really happy with the policy she has organised for me, and with the whole service I received. I would certainly recommend to others and also visit Debbie again in the future for other services offered.
