Alan, helped us sort several mortgages and insurance policies in the past. Nothing has been too much for Alan, he has always gone out of his way to help and explains everything very very clearly and made sure we understood everything before making any final decisions.

Great advice. Always at the other end of the phone. Able to explain things in easy to understand manner. Clear explanations of costings done upfront which enables you to make decisions quickly.

Mr Miles was more than thorough in explaining the products available to my wife and me, once we had chosen the options that we wanted to take on Alan went away and organised everything in the most efficient manner, and was always available to speak to for any further information. I dealt with Alan on my current mortgage and found his services to be excellent. Obtaining a mortgage is one of life's traumas but Alan made it so simple and was able to close the deal swiftly. Would recommend Alan to anybody.

As Alan only dealt with my mortgage in a professional manner I have no constructive comment to make, as from start to finish I was completely satisfied with Alan's work.
