What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I needed expert advise on how best to develop an existing pension portfolio.

How has Leigh Tarleton helped you?

Leigh was able to advise me on "In layman's terms" the pros and cons on my existing situation and the benefits to consider, if I was to change direction with my investments.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

After agreeing with Leigh's advise and proposal, I moved my pension over to him. Since then I have seen my investment increase significantly year on year, exceeding my expectations.

What could they have done better?

In all honesty I cannot think of what else Leigh could have done better. Leigh was able to explain every step of my investments, over several meeting, which made the whole experience less intimidating. With up dates on a regular agreed basis I can monitor how each investment is performing and talk to Leigh if I have any queries.

I have known Leigh for some 25 years and have found to be an honest, and a straight as you come sort of guy. With a laid back no dramas attitude. He has many years of experience, coupled with a good understanding of Financial Services and the needs and wants of Clients. He has acted for myself in many areas of advice and has always delivered what he says he will do. His team have also always followed up on the paperwork efficiently and promptly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Leigh

The organisation as a whole could perhaps develop a news bullet via their website ( the website to keeps cost to minimum ) that highlight changes in legislation, new products or new ways of thinking

Leigh is very accessible and clearly very knowledgable. He breaks down very complex issues into a form that can be readily understood by the layman. He is proactive and clearly a man of integrity. My own view is that he works out what is best for the client and tells it as it is. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

What could they have done better?

Perhaps more regular update/seminars on changes which have a big impact on either savings or pensions. The new pension laws is a prime example we all read the headlines but very few the fine print.
