Redundancy, retirement and pension transfer advice

How has Colin Low helped you?

Colin helped by giving me comprehensive information regarding my options when I was considering taking voluntary redundancy. This included what the tax implications of taking money from my pension would be and when would be the optimal time to start taking income from it. Transferring my fund out of a final salary pension scheme was a huge decision but Colin presented all the implications clearly and helped me see a clear way forward that suited my my families needs.

One particular private pension was extremly difficult to understand due to the way the information was supplied. I was pleased to discover that I had more money invested than previously thought due to it being 'split' into high and low risk policies. The report that was compiled for me was thouroughly proffesional in appearance and content. He submitted a claim on my behalf against one of my pensions which has since been upheld by the company and is currently being reviewed in relation to compenstaion. His cheerful friendly manner makes what is a very confusing subject a more pleasant experience.
