Paul did not get in touch with me in fact I did not choose Paul I chose tow female advisers one I am making an appointment with one was not interested so vouched for recommended Paul , and Paul has not been in contact.

I contacted Lisa on 21st April but there was no answer on the telephone so I emailed and have not received a response to the email.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I had concerns that my retirement savings were languishing under the control of a mega insurance company.

How has Paul Reid helped you?

Paul appears to be very knowledgable whilst, at the same time, explaining everything in clear layman's terms. He was not afraid to point out the years when investments did not do too well in line with poor economic performance generally. As things stand at the moment it is too early to judge the performance in financial terms but Paul did inspire confidence that our finances will be managed in a competent manner.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

We have now been getting advice from Paul at Gemini Wealth Management for over two years and we are completely satisfied that our retirement savings are in good hands. The gains made have more than met our expectations and we have received frequent reports and newsletters to keep us informed.

What could they have done better?

Nothing has come to light so far.

Yes, we are very happy with the pensions we have negotiated and how our pension pots are progressing. We are also very happy with the advice we are getting from Paul in relation to the new pension legislation, estate planning and powers of attorney.

Not having an extensive knowledge of finance it is difficult to answer this question suffice it to say that we are happy with our financial situation which mKes us confident in he advice we have received

Paul was very confident and had a broad knowledge of all aspects of finance and in particular pensions. The meeting was very relaxed and Paul listened carefully to my points and answered all of my questions before agreeing a plan for the future.

It is not difficult to say that my wife and I were taken with Paul's natural charm, understanding and knowledge, not to mention his ability to explain and demonstrate, in clear terms, the various options available to us with regard to our private pensions. The process has been easy, from our point of view, bearing in mind that Paul and his team have had to liaise and deal with several pension companies on our behalf. The result is a consolidation of the entire fund value and an ongoing program of considered investment to generate the optimum return in terms of pension draw down.

What could they have done better?

At this stage, it would be difficult to offer anything constructive. We appreciate the advice we have received and take comfort in knowing that our pension matters are in safe hands.
