What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

The Pension Reforms meant that I needed to take some action with my current Pension arrangements.

How has Martyn Yetman helped you?

Martyn reviewed what I currently held and then came up with a proposal which met my needs. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

It is too early to say if what has been put in place will eventually deliver the desired outcome but I am confident I have been given good advise at this stage.

What could they have done better?

I can't really think of anything.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Following my retirement with a small pension pot and some savings, I needed to review my financial situation in order to ensure that I am making the best use of my money.

How has Martyn Yetman helped you?

Martyn called at my home to discuss my requirements and advised me on how to invest my money in the best way to suit my needs. He provided good, clear advice and plentiful information.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

I have consolidated my savings and invested in the fund which Martyn recommended. The moneys have only just been vested in the fund but I feel confident that in the medium to long term the investment will meet my personal requirements.

What could they have done better?

I was very pleased with the way Martyn explained all aspects of his advice. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I also appreciated the fact that he called on me at my home (twice) which made everything relaxed and easy.

How has Martyn Yetman helped you?

He listens well to your needs,he explains how they may be achieved with all the pro,s and cons. he goes away and does his research which incidentally gives one time to reflect upon the conversation. he returns with options and gives one time to make a decision on how YOU wish to proceed. He explains complicated scenarios in terms and language one can understand. he keep and eye on ones interests/investments.

What could they have done better?

I can't fault him. As a natural worrier I need regular assurance that things are going well Marty is patient and always available.
