'Our' solicitor that I paid for was the mortgage lenders choice and, apart from simply replicating what the mortgage company had already issued failed to be responsive or proactive. But then that is solicitors for you.

I was due to claim my private pensions from several sources. I was struggling to know how to withdraw the pensions and the best products into which to invest the money.

How has Roger Dekkers helped you?

Roger collated all the details for the various schemes, which was not as straightforward as we had hoped. He suggested a suitable financial product into which the money could be invested and explained all the pros and cons of the options available. It took a few months for some of the pension companies to supply the information required, but Roger was diligent in pursuing the more inefficient mortgage companies and ensuring everything was done properly. He allowed me plenty of time to consider the options available. His fees were extremely reasonable. Roger made what had been a stressful situation much better. His communication throughout was excellent. Roger was professional and friendly at all times and very approachable whenever I had questions for him.
