Checked myself and couldn't see if he was a member of fscs Also not happy with his analytics started at with a return of 0% in September 2011 to rising to 35% in June 2016. If this is true it's a bubble waiting to burst. Which will burst the month after I have put my money in lol. Very wary of who to believe in this uncertain financial era that we are in, so for that reason I will not be following up this link Kind regards

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I was nearing retirement, and had a reasonable size lump sum to invest, of cause I was looking for security, but with flexibility as well.

How has Dave Thomas helped you?

I have known Dave Thomas for about eight years he has helped me with my pension requirements, and laterly with lump sum investments. I understood he knew my needs, and what I was trying to achieve. Dave has a way of explaining things without using a lot of jargon.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes! The outcome was an investment with a solid household name company. The investment gives me all the features I was looking for.

What could they have done better?

No! Dave keep doing what you are doing, I`m pleased with your service.

When my husband retired we contacted Gemini and Dave Thomas came and advised us how to investe our money. He was very helpful and professional in his advice and kept us informed over the years how our investments were progressing.

I needed help to invest my money in order to get the best returns as a means of guarding against falling stock market prices.

He made a point of understanding my needs and objectives and tailored my investment portfolio to meet those needs.

My portfolio is reviewed regularly to take into account any changes with regard to my personal circumstances and changes to product charges and as a result my investments are holding up well in difficult times for investors.

My meeting with Dave was a first meeting and i was made most welcome at the Sutton coldfield office, even to the extent of being provided with a personal parking space which was most helpful and much appreciated. Dave explained various options to me in a very plain and jargon free way. there was no feeling of being pressured in anyway to commit to anything at that time. Dave made clear what costs would be involved and what risks also would be associated with any investment i might make. i can very much recommend Dave to speak to for a very friendly and relaxed meeting on financial matters.

Dave returned my call, and was most amiable regarding his position as a financial adviser , stated that he did not have a crystal ball and he was "fishing" in the same pool as other Financial Advisers, he sent me some literature about himself and his company "Gemini", as yet , because of work load etc,. I have not had the time to digest Dave's attitude / technique to investment strategy. We did not discuss costs or any other payment details. Regards Malcolm Addison

Dave is very approachable and most helpful - when I phone him from time to time with a financial query, he always gives me good unbiased advice. My adviser keeps in touch with me via the internet and because I have faith and trust in him I don't need to contact him verbally very often, however, when I do need to speak with him the service is always prompt. I am always reassured by the knowledge that he is surrounded by competent advisers within the company so that if there's a question which he's unable to answer there's someone with the expertise which enables him to return with an answer. I'm updated monthly as to my portfolio and it's contents. The website is easy to use (even for a computer novice like me) and easily guides the user around the relevant subject matter. Whilst I realise that time is money, I would appreciate a telephone call sometimes since a personal call can be very reassuring.
