How has Duncan Cameron helped you?

Duncan makes a point of seeing me every year to discuss my pensions, etc. and even though I have a small pension pot, he treats my investments with as much enthusiasm as if I were a millionaire!

How has Duncan Cameron helped you?

Over the past few years Duncan has always presented us with clear information and reasons for his advice through times which have not always been plain sailing. We would have no hesitation in recommending him as a good listener who provides positive advice enabling good and steady control of our portfolio. His approach has always been good humoured and generous of time needed for us fully to understand the overall picture and patient in explanation of the developing scene in the real world.

How has Duncan Cameron helped you?

I'm very happy with the quality of advice and service I receive and am only sorry that I don't have the funds to be able to use it more effectively - so that would be 5 stars. I'm very pleased that despite the fact I don't have much money to invest that doesn't seem to affect the quality of advice or service I receive when I need to speak to my adviser. Often I can get him immediately or he'll phone me back very promptly which makes me feel like a valued customer. Also I feel that the advice I receive is honest and unbiased. I don't feel that there is an underlying agenda where I'm being talked into something I might not necessarily want to buy, which in this day and age is a rare and much appreciated quality!

What could they have done better?

The only way I feel that the service could be improved is by having free home visits but I feel a bit cheeky mentioning that!
