We needed to remortgage our property. We were recommended to contact Kathryn from someone who has used her services previously.

Moving house and opportunity to opt out of dub pension scheme.

How has Kathryn Andrassy helped you?

Went to market for best mortgage for my situation. Reviewed my pension options taking into account my circumstances.. Kathryn has an ability to put complicated financial situations into plain and understandable and realistic examples that I could grasp and understand.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes. Moved house with good deal on 5 year fixed mortgage. Pension transferred and invested giving me future flexibility with my pension.

What could they have done better?

At this time I cannot think of anything that could have been done better.

How has Kathryn Andrassy helped you?

Kathryn Andrassy was extemely professional but being, friendly, aprochable, and careing made the planning and realisation of my retirement a very exciting time in my life. I have a friend to turn to for help and reasurance, that means a lot. As I look back at the experience I feel we worked as a team, Kathryn never came across as over powering but gently guided, reasured and showed me all option's and pitfalls.

I would thoroughly recommend Kathryn. She is a friendly, helpful and strongly knowledgeable and easy to talk to advisor, who has now, for many years, organised mortgages and financial advice for my portfolio, plus for friends & family I have recommended her to. She is very responsive and efficient to deal with, along with excellent communication skills. Delivering the complex world of finance in a most straightforward and understandable way with patience and sensitivity to your situation(s). Kathryn has access to a centralised database of all the latest mortgages & insurances. Therefore ensuring that the best are made available to your needs & requirements - which are not always obvious when searching the internet yourself. Also having tried advisers in the past, Kathryn never pressure sells me to take on any of her products. Any product I do wish to take further is illustrated and I am walked through it, ensuring that all details are correct and understood. Additionally, she has taken the time out to help above & beyond in matters where her advice & suggested products have resulted in life changing benefits. I would not hesitate to highly recommend her and will continue to use her without a doubt.

What could they have done better?

Honestly I don't feel Kathryn could do anything better as it is always over and above in every aspect. Initially, after recommendation of her services back in 2006, I would research & get the advised '3 quotes', however she has proven her services time & time again, in finding a right deal for me that is financial better, thus rendering my checking/searching for alternatives unnecessary, so freeing up my time with 1 less thing to worry about.

The administrative process is well managed and seamless. In essence, Kathryn is a genuine person and has the clients best interests at heart, which is a rare trait in this profession.

How has Kathryn Andrassy helped you?

Kath takes a real interest in her clients, spends time forming relationships and clearly understands the need for trust. She is adept at altering her style when and where required and is very candid when giving advice. The impression I have is that Kath takes a great deal of pride in providing a professional and friendly service. Kath has a no nonsense approach and always ensures her clients have a full understanding of any product or service she is suggesting. Kath is very responsive to her clients often providing ad hoc advice and support. She invests in long term relationship which results in building trust and recommendations

What could they have done better?

It's a fine balance as Kath clearly respects her clients and how busy they are. One area perhaps would be to provide a half yearly summary update of portfolio contents and value proactively along with any recommendations.
