Jennifer was excellent. I was a bit wary about brokers, having heard some negative things about friends' experiences, but she was fantastic. She's very proactive, responds quickly and accurately to all queries, does what she says she'll do and does it quickly. After some negotiations with lenders, she gave sound advice that we should delay and save more over the next year before going for a mortgage. She handled our case at each stage very swiftly and efficiently and gave friendly advice about renting in the local areas. And we didn't have to pay a thing as we didn't get the mortgage. As she says, she gets paid when her clients get the house keys. So she will definitely be our first port of call when we eventually do go for a mortgage.

She gave us advice on the different types of mortgages that were available and went through everything to explain it so we knew exactly what we were signing up to. If we weren't sure about something, she was happy to go over everything and explained it in a language that was easy to understand. Her and Sue were both very helpful and empathetic. Moving house is very stressful but they were quick to reply and there on hand when we needed them.

Jennifer has just helped me get my first mortgage and buy my first house. I found Jennifer to be very knowledgeable. helpful and thorough. She was extremely easy to contact and always got back to me very quickly, answering my endless questions promptly. She seemed to really listen to me and work around what I needed which marked her out as different from other mortgage advisers that I spoke to who seemed to be a lot more one size fits all. I have been very happy and impressed with Jennifer's mortgage services.

I would have found it useful to have all the different options from my mortgage lender laid out side by side from the beginning to compare them but Jennifer did provide information about the different options whenever I asked her.

What could they have done better?

Having more than one mortgage is hard to keep on top of termination dates. Therefore, receiving an annual schedule/summary of current mortgages with key points e.g. Account No., interest rate, end date and recommended review date, would be useful.

Jennifers attention to detail and professional approach was excellent. She made both my wife and myself feel confident that the information and advise she was giving was accurate and the best options to consider. What was also very comforting was the speed in which Jennifer produced the information that we needed, in order for us to make a decision, providing options and offering advise on what we should consider during that process, before the final decision was made. We did and have not felt under any pressure to make a decision, indeed quire the opposite, Jennifer left us with the information and we made the decision over a few days.

We would have to be totally honest, I cannot offer any critique that would have made our expieriance any more seamless.
