What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

My original adviser retired and Simon took over my portfolio. Not knowing Simon I was very cautions for the first 12 months but over the years I have been with Simon we have built I good relationship to a point were I trust his advise 100% which believe me he has worked hard for that.

How has Simon Puleston helped you?

Simon explains what he is advising in detail. Now when he comes up with moving to another investment I say to him go and do it.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Simon has been brilliant, very satisfied.

What could they have done better?

In my eyes Simon is very good and a good communication. he is the best.

How has Simon Puleston helped you?

I met with Simon to address my insurance needs for my home and my buy to let property. Simon gave me the option of a home visit or to go into the office. I have young children so it was great that Simon offered to come to me. After explaining what my requirements were, Simon explained the process and what I could expect as a client. Later that same day Simon phoned me to confirm he had found a suitable solution which saved me money and importantly I was better insured as a result.

What could they have done better?

I can honestly say I am delighted with the service and cant think of anything more I would ask.
