I am approaching the final few years of work and wanted to ensure that my retirement will be structured in a way that best benefits me and my family. I've been a client of Rob's for some years and his predecessor before that. The planning and guidance have enabled me to fulfil the objectives. A Financial advisor needs to know the client, and I feel that Rob takes the time to get to know the person, their hopes and aspirations which enables him to make the correct decisions when planning.

With the assistance and guidance through my working life, I have been able to build up a reasonably sized pension and ISA pot which enabled me to take early retirement. The two mantras I've had are 1) sufficient funds and 2) pay as little tax as possible. Both are achieved.

Yes. Complicated IHT problem mitigated using various trusts. Risk adverse advice with the £500,000 capital we had available to invest. Careful to maximize after tax returns.

Eliminated exposure saving about £2,000,000 in potential IHT. Use of trusts to invest some of the capital available to invest. Was a long process but did not feel under any pressure to make decisions.

Rob is a very nice young man; very friendly and knowledgeable. He is concise with his explanations to queries or questions, and very patient when he has to explain again!! He understands what we want to achieve with our investments and our attitude to risk. He always responds to phone calls or emails promptly which is very reassuring.
