To be honest , nothing. Anthony was open, honest and transparent from the beginning. He listened attentively to what I wanted and found an excellent deal for me. Better than what I could of Independently got.

I had several pensions from various employers and needed advice on what was the best option for me and my family upon my retirement. Anthony also helped me maximise my ISA allowance for the last few years.

Yes, the pensions have done remarkably well and I have no problems with them.

I feel extremely comfortable that Anthony has always taken the time and trouble to understand my ever-changing goals, attitude to risk and overall situation Further he always takes the time to explain how and why his recommendations are the best possible solutions I always know exactly where I stand regarding Anthony’s fees and charges and I always feel that he offers me ‘value for money’. The service he provides is professional – he knows what he is talking about yet is never afraid to admit, on rare occasions, that he is near the limits of his knowledge. He has always applied common-sense in his dealings with me and my family and I have always been prepared to recommend his services to others. Finally I am happy to state that I have always known Anthony to be ethical, honest and caring in his dealings with his Clients.

Very little really! Perhaps communicate a little more when we are not actually working on a specific piece of business but I am being extremely 'picky' and I do know how busy he is!
