I received a text message stating someone had tried t call me 3 times. I only use a mobile telephone and none of these missed calls were logged on it. Trust gone !

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an accountant?

Company Structure - International and UK domestic Tax Self Assessment and compliance in UK whilst living overseas.

How has Kamlesh Rajput helped you?

He arranged for me to resolve a Tax problem I encountered and resolved it with expertise through his network and careful planning. He was instrumental throughout the process and very patient and logical. He manages my self assessment each year and it is done promptly and with ease especially I am based overseas.

Yes and very happy with the results.

What could they have done better?

Earlier contact when preparing for Self Assessment. As being overseas and not having all the information at hand instantly would require me to have a longer period to prepare what I would need to prepare. Otherwise, continue as normal.

3 days after my enquiry a young lady telephoned me , I had missed her call the day before. I assume she worked for the accountant but at the time I couldn't speak to her. I asked her to call me back within 1 hour which she agreed to do. She did not call back so I cancelled my enquiry and pursued assistance elsewhere.

i wasn't looking for an accountant, I had an off chance conversation in relation to leasing a van. Kamlesh asked a few questions and it soon became apparent that my company was not set up correctly.

How has Kamlesh Rajput helped you?

He offered me a free bussiness review. It was very relaxed at his office, it was no pressure, he really took the time to understand me and my business. From the meeting he drew up some proposals which he emailed for me to review in my own time.

I am doing good business and using kamlesh's services, i am very please with the outcome. I am getting a much better service for less money, For the first time I actually feel confident in my accountant that he has the knowledge and ability to deliver the service he promised at the quoted fee.

odd question really for me. What could my previous accountants have done better more like. some of the changes we made were so simple in my opinion that my previous accountants should have advised me along time ago. We had accountants previously who we felt not taking interest into micro details of business and had things messed up. Which made us looking into new accountant and we ended up with Kamlesh and I have not regret appointing Kamlesh as our accountant.

Kamlesh and team went out of their way to ensure everything is calculated correctly and we were clear on everything, offered suggestions to help, made themselves available to suit my time, made sure I knew what was needed to comply with UK tax rules, and then sorted everything out with the revenue service.

Kamlesh were very friendly, informative, interactive and prompt, didn't charge extra's for the support I needed (didn't charge for meetings either) and helped me sleep easy at night. In fact they were upfront on everything and I knew from the start exactly what my costs would be… I found them outstanding, and far easier to work with.

I had not been too happy with my previous Accountant and was looking round to find a new. I met Kamlesh Rajput at a networking event. We had a meeting and I made a decision about change.

Kamlesh Rajput had looked at my documents and history, and found that I had a large bill from HMRC. He contacted them on my behalf and managed to dramatically reduce our tax bill down to almost zero.
