Patrick has been simply outstanding. Whenever we have had issues with deadlines for HMRC or VAT Patrick is there with his calm reassuring manner and excellent advice. As a 2 person business with deadlines to meet we seem to regularly leave things to the wire with filings etc. As a result we have often placed Patrick and his team under unnecessary pressure. They take it all in their stride and have always saved the day.

Working with Optimus is an absolute pleasure, Patrick is easy to deal with, they are quick to reply to emails and phone calls and nothing is too much trouble for them. I love how open Patrick is about the idea of working with new technology and with time saving collaborative online resources, this works well for me in my business. The advice and guidance I have received over the last year has been worth every penny, I don't know what I would have done without Janice and Patrick!

I would like to have more of an understanding of how the software works but I know this is already something they are keen to teach me - it's really my fault for not having the time available yet!
