What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an accountant?

My previous accountant had finished, therefore I was lucky enough to find Kelly via recommendation off a friend. I was very fortunate to find her.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an accountant?

Whilst able to confidently navigate the demands of Vat returns, Self Assessment and Payroll ourselves, we realised as our first company tax return deadline approached that Corporation Tax is a hugely complicated area requiring expertise beyond our capabilities.

How has Kelly Hancock helped you?

Kelly was the best choice we could have made and a decision we have been very happy with ever since. In double quick time she was able to deal with our corporation tax in an expedient, friendly, down to earth, transparent and accessible manner, even making herself available for in-depth consultations by phone outside of normal business hours in order to get everything done in time. This was a huge relief and saved inordinate amounts of time and stress on our part. She has offered consistently sound and reliable advice ever since and we would highly recommend her services.

What could they have done better?

Hate doing my own paperwork.

KFH Accounts have been a huge bonus in my business - the time saved not having to worry about book keeping, end of year and vat returns has been huge, freeing me up to focus on the day to day running of my business. Kelly has also been invaluable at fixing problems with Sage accounts in double quick time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend KFH Accounts and have done to numerous people.

Growth of the business.

How has Kelly Hancock helped you?

She became my ( the Finance Director ) assistant. She took over the total payroll ( 40+ employees ) function, prepared management accounts, and gave great direction and supervised to the accounts and administration staff.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Kelly ensured that management accounts were prompt, accurate and a totally invaluable information tool. Wages and salaries were efficiently and promptly prepared by her from the complex time keeping records. She liaised with other members of staff brilliantly and met and exceeded all expectations that were required of her.

Nothing to add, Kelly did everything asked of her to an excellent standard and was a much valued and extremely well liked and friendly member of the management team.
