Hopeless. shan't bother with this website again. Not even a confirmation email. No contact was made and for a matter that was really quite urgent.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an accountant?

I had used another accountant who was very expensive .I asked a friend who was a bookkeeper if she could recommend anyone to me. She said of all the accountants that she had worked for (she is a freelance bookkeeper) Logan would be the one that she would use.

How has Logan Khan helped you?

Logan has been available if I have needed to speak with him. Patient when I am running behind but has kept me informed of deadlines so I haven't missed any. He speaks language that I usually understand and explains if I don't. He is honest and open with where he feels my business is financially and where I need to go with it to take it to the next level.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Apart from staffing issues yes.

What could they have done better?

I don't think there is anything that he could have done better.

When I started up my company 10 years ago.

He does my end of year accounts, monthly wages and provides me with advice as and when required thought the year.

I still use the Boss Partnership, I would not contemplate using anyone else as I am so happy with the service and professionalism Logan and his team provide.

Started a Limited Company 4 years ago. I required an accountant, strongly recommended by Barclays Bank.

How has Logan Khan helped you?

Logan and his team manage my business accounts on a monthly/quarterly and yearly basis (pay-slips, tax returns...). Helped me with twice preparing the relevant documentation to move house...

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Logan and his team kindly takes the stress away from managing my books, online activities - HMRC, payslips... which frees me up to run my business.

What could they have done better?

There is nothing I would change. I strongly recommend his services to any organisation.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an accountant?

I was working as a contractor for Rolls Royce and needed to become a Limited Company, that was 6 years ago, I was recommended to contact Logan from a friend as his father had used his services for many years.

How has Logan Khan helped you?

Set up my company, he also advised me on vat and put the business on a flat rate scheme which brought in additional revenue. He works out my Corporation tax and does my Payrole for myself and my employees, He has extended his services to all my tax advise and guided me other new business ventures.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Limited company for a business consultancy company. The outcome speaks for itself, after 6 years I still use his accountancy firm, and wouldn't want to change, I trust and respect his ongoing advice.

What could they have done better?

Honestly, nothing! I can't fault him or his staff, always helpful, thorough and diligent in doing my accounts.

It has been a pain free experience working with Logan and his dedicated team. I can't thank them enough for getting me back on track with my business and making all filings efficient and hassle free. Logan has always taken the time to listen to my queries and come up with solutions. Business is done via recommendation and Logan was recommended to my via one of my trusted business partners. He is an excellent accountant and I cant recommend him enough. Very reasonable fees too.
