The regular newsletter email that Adrian compiles with his colleagues is very helpful as it concentrates on current issues. I was looking to start a new private pension and make a plan for retirement.

How has Adrian Mahon helped you?

Adrian initially reviewed my current financial circumstances (including existing pensions) and was then able to offer a private pension tailored to my individual requirements. This was done via a series of video calls, with any documentation provided through a secure and extremely easy-to-use web application.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Absolutely! The whole process was painless and a lot smoother than I anticipated. The upfront and ongoing charges for both Adrian and the pension platform are quite reasonable, certainly when compared with what other advisors were proposing. I am now able to access my pension using a mobile app and can monitor it in realtime.

What could they have done better?

Off the top of my head I cannot think of a way in which the service could have been improved. Although, I suppose, they could always offer a free bottle of champagne to every new client :-)
