What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I am approaching retirement and needed help with understanding all my options. One element was potentially converting a DB pension into a Drawdown product.

How has Louise Pepper helped you?

Louise was very professional and extremely thorough in firstly understanding my needs and then advising me of all the options available. This included ensuring that I could compare the different products available with the advantages and disadvantages of each one fully explained.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes, Louise has completed the whole end to end process.

What could they have done better?

There is no area that could have been completed any better. I was kept fully informed of progress and all timescales were met. I would happily recommend Louise to any of my family and friends.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I had never consulted a FA in the past, like many burying the issue, but now at a time of life I need to consider things and make better informed decisions. I was introduced to Louise Pepper through a friend and business contact, and I can say it has been a painless, useful and quite lucrative relationship so far.

How has Louise Pepper helped you?

She was and is obviously knowledgeable in her field and took the time to inform and illustrate to me clearly (and for me simply..) my current situation and to show me the options on the way forward for my future finances.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

it is very early days, but Louise has done everything she offered and promised to do, I am now in a clearer and better place with my personal investments.

What could they have done better?

At this time I really cannot think of anything.

How has Louise Pepper helped you?

After running my business for more than 22 years, a change in circumstances found me with a sum of money to invest. Even though I am used to making investments through my business, this was a different story. Louise Pepper to the rescue! Louise made me feel relaxed almost from the get go! SheÂ’s a good listener and I explained my personal and business situation. She made it all so simple and easy with some diagrams and explaining all in such a calm and confident way. Louise is the ultimate professional and a true expert in her field. Louise has proven to be highly proficient and professional - reacting to our personal financial needs, providing a very personal series of considered recommendations on our particular retirement planning needs. Based on the efficient and very personable service we have received over the last 9 months we would have no question in recommending Louise's company to others requiring independent retirement advice - especially in these challenging times. If planning retirement, for those whom have diligently saved for years for retirement foe decades - it is vital that the services of an independent financial advisor like Louise, be consulted.

What could they have done better?

In all honesty, I'm not sure Louise could have done more to have very clearly addressed our requirements, (apart from improving prevailing interest rates!!)

Louise made sure she understood our current financial situation and our future plans for retirement and pensions. The review of all our varied financial policies was very well presented in a concise manner and was thoroughly explained. The advice regarding revisions to our current policies appears to have been well thought through and, again, was explained to us in layman's terms we could understand.

What could they have done better?

Being a new client we can only comment on the meetings we have had with Louise so far which have gone very well; obviously when we have our review in a years time we'll be able to assess the outcome of the advice received!

I needed advice on a Pension and having crossed off many Financial Advisors from my list, found Louise! She was a breath of fresh air, there was no 'jargon' and everything was explained fully and clearly. I would not hesitate to recommend Louise to anyone as I found her to be a very warm, friendly and genuinely attentive person who showed complete interest in me and my requirements. I have known Louise Pepper as a financial adviser for a number of years. When she recently started her own business as Bespoke Financial Planning I had no hesitation in transferring my funds to her company. As an individual, Louise Pepper is both personable and attentive. She demonstrates an understanding of your situation, appreciates your likely needs for the future and her ensuing financial advice is tailored to those facts. Her investment advice, in accordance with your desire for risk or otherwise, is well researched. She readily provides justification for any advice when requested to do so and is quick to follow up on any query that you may have. As an independent adviser she researched the market,not only to identify the best investment opportunities for me, but also to identify the best investment platform to minimise ongoing operating costs for me. In addition I found it comforting that any advice given by her company is also subject to external scrutiny by an independent body. I wish her well in growing her business and highly recommend her services.
