Then Jordan was able to present me with several credible options highlighting the pro's and con's of each option. Once the preferred option had been chosen regular meetings were carried out between to ensure everything progressed according to plan. I am please to say everything progressed as predicted...

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Due to the independent advice provided by Jordan I have exceeded the outcome I was hoping for with better growth in my pensions than predicted so I couldn't ask for more.

What could they have done better?

There is nothing that comes to mind that Jordan could have done better. I have found our face to face meetings have always been extremely worthwhile for me and then follow ups by email and phone. Communication has been excellent.
