After my initial enquiry via Martin lewis Money Saving expert Vouchedfor link I received an email advising me Chris would contact me and he phoned very soon afterwards. Asked relevant questions and arranged a teams meeting with Jon the following week for further discussion

I'd been considering whether an annuity was a good option but wasn't quite sure, so I sought financial advice to help me better understand the options. Chris was recommended by a friend.

Chris and I had an initial chat. From this, he documented clearly what services would be provided and the costs. Having decided to proceed, in the first instance Chris arranged a financial fact-gathering exercise. Although I had spreadsheets with all my financial records, this exercise was really useful in terms of understanding what assets and liabilities we had as a family. Chris and the team created cashflow models under different scenarios given my risk appetite to help make the choice of annuity (or not).

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes, Chris (and the team) obtained annuity quotes and in the end I opted for an annuity product. Chris's team arranged the paperwork for this for my review and sign-off and it was handled quickly and professionally.
