He has provided very professional advice on a regular basis, particularly assisting in helping me plan for, and feel comfortable of when, to time my retirement. He is always very responsive should I ever have any questions or need actions to be taken.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Absolutely. I am now 3 years into my retirement and have not regretted that decision once. I feel confident that I can afford a comfortable retirement despite retiring well before my state pension age, and my investments have held up very well, in no small part to the advice provided by Jack and his colleagues.
