What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
The company that I originally started my private pension with, eventually morphed into Shackletons and that was about 30 years ago. It has only been in the last 10-12 years that I have had anyone giving me options and advise regarding my circumstances, which I have greatly appreciated.
How has Jack Walmsley helped you?
Jack has helped me ( and my wife ) in structuring my pension pot to give the best financial outcome based on my circumstances at the time and has provided excellent future planning, based on his knowledge of the market and the industry in general. He has always been available to discuss my changing situation and provide feedback to enable the most effective changes to take place.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
The returns on my pension pot have exceeded expectations with the percentage increases outweighing the costs involved and so it is " win win " for all concerned.
What could they have done better?
I am not sure if anything could have been done better as the communication, advise and ultimate planning has provided exactly what I need.
