What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
Aproaching retirement.I have two pension pots to convert into a monthly pension. Just the word "pension" used to make me glaze over. So I need no nonsense, straightforward advice from someone who knew what they were talking about. Tony really fits the bill.
How has Tony Pearce helped you?
He took the trouble to spend time analising my financial background, and came up with (what I hope!) are the right answers to my long term pension needs.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Not yet! Hoping for my cash payment very soon (which Tony has organised with my pension companies).
What could they have done better?
Cannot think of anything. Tony has genuinly been intersted in my meagre funds, where others have just given me the cold shoulder.

I was looking for indepedant advise on my pensions rathers than just hoping i would chose a good one with no real knowledge of that field

He spoke to me about my options in the pension world and what i should expect from a pension given the risks I was willing to accept.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes, i mean i would always like to see my pension worth more, but then who wouldnt, but the trend has been upwards on average so i am very pleased.
What could they have done better?
Nothing, i have never needed to question the advise i've been given.

Looking to consolidate existing policies whilst looking to re invest, in short looking to improve funds.
How has Tony Pearce helped you?
Mr Pearce was able to explain clearly in these strange times via Zoom meetings and socially distant meetings the information required to achieve my objectives. So from start to finish we have been able to discuss the various stages and he has delivered.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
The initial outcomes achieved in transferring and consolidation and now for the management.
What could they have done better?
TBH all the needs appear to have been met.

How has Tony Pearce helped you?
Tony has help my wife and I to invest our savings to receive better returns than just leaving in a bank. Another advantage is he is part of a larger organisation and has monthly meetings to establish the current trends for investments.
What could they have done better?
Due to the restrictions imposed by the FSA Tony is only able to offer personal and individual advice for larger sums to be invested. For smaller sums he directs new clients to investment managers. This in itself can be difficult decision and his services are still worth investing in.
