Since graduating with a degree in Business Management from Nottingham Trent University in 2005, Leighton Ballantine has been driven by a clear ambition: to build a business that makes a meaningful impact on clients, colleagues, and the communities it serves. After 9 years serving clients on the high street at retail banks, Leighton founded Ballantine Wealth Management in 2018. A Chartered Financial Planner since 2020, Leighton provides expert financial advice to individuals, families, Trustees, and business owners. He helps clients define their goals, plan for key life events, and protect against potential risks with clear, strategic financial planning. Outside of work, Leighton is a keen sports enthusiast and represented Wales in athletics at schoolboy level. He now enjoys coaching his son’s football team and spending time outdoors with his wife and two children, often exploring the coast or visiting National Trust spots.
