My partner and I were looking to re-finance our residential property to support a commercial property / business purchase. This was not something that could be entertained by the usual high street lenders.

How has Peter Slack helped you?

Peter tirelessly searched for a lender that would support our requirements. Even when it looked like all avenues had been exhausted, Peter went that extra mile, and with some creative thinking, managed to find a lender that was willing to consider our requirements. Once over this hurdle Peter then put us in touch with a specialist in commercial mortgages for our commercial property / business purchase.

Absolutely, we have been able to achieve exactly what we set out to do and could not have done that without Peter's help.

Approaching age 55 I wanted advice about accessing some of my small personal pension.

He spent time going over all the options available and how they would affect me. He was always available to answer any questions I had either personally or by phone and email and this was always done very promptly. His help has been excellent and I had total confidence in the advice I received. What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Early retirement due to voluntary redundancy and wishing to invest pension income wisley.

How has Peter Slack helped you?

He gave a review of the investments we had currently. He gave us advice, based on understanding our requirements, on the most effective steps to take to generate future income. He ensured that we understood what these decisions meant . He undertook the searches for a previous pension and has kept in touch with us . The latter being the most important thing for us.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Still early days but we are very happy with what he has done so far. He has invested the money in funds that are right for the amount of risk we wish to take. He has given us practical advice about managing our funds and given a broad outline of what balance we should be holding in cash/funds. This was very useful and reassuring.

What could they have done better?

We are very happy with all the investments and advice. I do not think there was anything he could have done better!

I was looking for mortgage advice.

How has Peter Slack helped you?

Peter helped my wife and I to get the best possible mortgage available. Peter explained all possibilities of the mortgage and made every thing easy to understand. Peter was successful in getting our mortgage and it was completed a lot faster than i was expecting. Peter was up front about all prices nothing was hidden.

We received the outcome we was looking for. Peter was successful in get us a mortgage that was right for us. Peter read through all documents with us and helped us understand what everything meant. Peter recommendations inline with the mortgage was very helpful, he never tried pushing anything that was unnecessary.
