Colin has helped me find the right mortgage products over many years from first time buyer (2003), through remortgage (2008, 2013) and house move (2019). He most recently helped with a complicated buy-to-let which had loads of challenging restrictions due to location and our circumstances. He worked really hard to find an appropriate product and secure a great deal.

They say the best things in life come free, and this is really it! Colin was highly recommended to me. It was a breath of fresh air to have a mortgage broker that didn't want to charge a fee in these extortionate times. He provided me with clear illustrations of what I can borrow and also how much the payments would be, whereas others only sent a brief line or 2, making every estate agent question whether I could really borrow money. What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I had been to my previous broker to secure a mortgage but they were unable to get a decent deal so I turned to Colin at Finance House

How has Colin Warburton helped you?

We turned to Colin at the Finance House when another broker was unable to secure a mortgage for us due to complicated financial circumstances. We had almost lost hope that we would be able to secure a mortgage at all but due to Colin's extensive knowledge. diligence, hard work and perserverance he made the impossible possible and secured us an excellent mortgage which meant we were unable to get our dream home! I cannot recommend Colin highly enough, as well as being an excellent broker he is also personable and patient and great to work with.

Colin offered the most professional, but friendly service on a buy to let mortgage which went through very smoothly. When it came to a remortgage, which was more challenging, Colin managed to secure a very good mortgage package. Colin has proved his expertise and knowledge of the market which is invaluable.

Our two sons needed a mortgage and someone with a personal touch to talk them through each stage.

How has Colin Warburton helped you?

Colin, found a mortgage for our two sons then aged 24 and 26. It was made a very straightforward process where Colin explained each stage to our sons. So they understood what the committment was. Colin , has now, two years later done a remortgage for them. Again a straightforward process. Colin seems to make what could be a complicated procedure , simple and pain free. I would highly recommend Colin to everyone looking for a first time mortgage or re mortgage.

We were buying our first house and we needed some trustworthy advice from someone who came highly recommended.

Colin helped us out with our first mortgage, I am someone who can be very difficult and ask 100s of questions, he was very helpful and guided us throughout the whole process giving us all the options available with many variations. He gave us much better deals than we could have found online by ourselves.

I have a residential mortgage and three buy to let mortgages on investment properties. Colin arranged all the mortgages and subsequent re-mortgages for me. He also arranged a life insurance policy for me in 2012.

How has Colin Warburton helped you?

I have no hesitation in recommending Colin. He has helped me with numerous mortgages and re-mortgages, both residential and buy to let. He does not make a charge to his customers, (mortgage brokers receive commission from lenders for business placed with them). He has across market access to the best mortgage deals and pro-actively manages the mortgage application through to the end, calmly and effectively dealing with any issues or problems which may arise.

How has Colin Warburton helped you?

I had a few problems when remortgaging my current home and I contacted The Finance House. Colin was extremely helpful and completely took control of the process. I would recommend the services of The Finance House, in particular, Colin. He also doesn't charge a Broker fee, unlike the majority of other Mortgage Brokers. :)

Colin is easy to talk to he is refreshingly totally unjudgemental and he clearly will do what's best for your situation . Colin also knows his market incredibly well ,probably because he has had so many years of experience. I have used him for our life insurance and mortgages over the years , he has never let us down . Colin is always prompt with his response and you will not have to keep chasing him for information . I would never go anywhere else and I would have no hesitation to recommend him .

Colin Warburton was the saviour to our mortgage worries. We had tried a few avenues before asking for his advice as my partner had some bad credit and the banks wouldn't touch us. After a great amount of time and effort from Colin we had our mortgage approved and we moved into our new home. He kept in constant contact with us over the phone as well as via email which put us at ease and made us trust his opinion even more. He always remains professional whilst explaining things in a way that anyone can understand. I can't recommend him more highly.
