It was time to remortgage but the external environment was highly changeable

Richard was very quick with his responses and gave a clear steer. He responded to changing circumstances and adapted the recommendation when I had concerns about the Gulf conflict. He was conscious of my need to minimise admin.

Save for our retirement and invest for our children's future.
How has Richard Fearn helped you?
Richard has put in place investments to help us grow our wealth and to invest funds for when our children are adults. Richard has arranged multiple mortgages for us in the past. Reviewing them before the initial rate ends each time. We have financial protection in place, which gives us ongoing financial peace of mind. Seeing a projection of our finances and regularly tracking their progress towards our goals is extremely helpful to us.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Richard has clearly explained that our goals are long-term and that our investments align with them. We understand the need to be patient, but our regular reviews show that our plans are on track. As things stand, we're more than happy with the service and are confident in our future finances.
