We engaged with Max at a busy time of year and maybe think about timing to ensure the high level of service offered is achieved. This was not an overall issue we just sometimes felt rushed to obtain information to suit a tight timescale

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
I had several pensions, including a couple as beneficiary of my late partner. I wasn't sure what to do with them and was advised by Scottish Widows to find a financial advisor via Unbiased.
How has Max Sullivan helped you?
I had no experience of investing and pensions and needed guidance about investing to make my pension funds (including ones I received as beneficiary to my late parnter's pensions) sustainable. Max explained my options clearly and showed that I can be paid a comfortable monthly amount, taking everything including future state pension into consideration.
