My husband has one pension and I had a number of smaller pensions. We slao had savings which we were unsure what to do with. Lorraine was so helpful explaining our options and advising us. We had a first initial meeting at home, then two subsequent ones, Lorraine answered all our questions and queries and we felt had made well informed choices.

Yes. Lorraine stepped into the big shoes of my previous very well respected advisor who left the company for pastures new. He was a very hard act to follow yet Lorraine has admirably taken on the challenge of replacing him and she has significantly impressed me. Lorraine has evidenced her requisite knowledge. She is sincere, listens & is responsive in advising appropriately & timely. Lorraine demonstrates integrity, is assuring and I trust her implicitly. Meanwhile my investments have grown and I truly enjoy the outcome I desired.
