Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes with amalgamation of small pension pots into one accoun a year or so ago. Not much yet with this year with the amalgamation of another pot with previous amount transferred to a Quiter account, but that only happened this Month.
What could they have done better?
Nothing, as he's helped me understand a number of different options, these were most helpful.
