When Robert took unexpected retirement we were advised by our pension provider to consult a Financial advisor and looked on the internet for local advisors, and that’s how we came across this company.

My husband and I were looking for professional advice on how best to manage and invest our pension savings. We are very pleased with the outcome in terms of the investments explored and with the support and guidance John has provided throughout the process. We are able to track our investments online and going forward will discuss their progress in annual reviews.

What could they have done better?

There was nothing negative about the service we received from John. The only issue was that our pension provider was slow to respond, which inevitably caused some delays. However, John’s persistence and tenacity ensured that matters continued to move forward and were resolved as quickly as possible. We were very impressed with how proactive he was in following things up and keeping the process on track.
