What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
My husband got advice from Prospective (north east) when he was made redundant and when he passed away I've stayed with them.
How has Claire Wilson helped you?
Claire makes sure I am financially OK. I have an annual review with her but if I am concerned about anything I can phone her.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
I haven't a huge amount of money invested but the way the world is I know what I have is in safe hands.
What could they have done better?
Nothing for me.
