What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

As a company director we needed to set up a pension scheme to support our employees. Also i had some personal investments which i wasn't happy with and wanted some advice around those also.

Fantastic support and understanding of exactly what I needed. Good attention to detail and excellent financial knowledge.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes, all results were as promised and I'm now very happy.

What could they have done better?

Worn a tie....haha - only kidding. Trevor was excellent and his personal approach is unlike any other financial adviser I've come across. Highly Recommended.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

In my business dealings and also in my personal finances.

How has Trevor Clark helped you?

Trevor assisted greatly in the initiative to establish a new pension scheme with expert guidance and solid unbiased advice, he outlined the varying scenarios that enabled the business to originate the correct pension scheme. In my personal finances, Trevor guided me to the desired outcome with the minimum of inconvenience on my part and in a way that I could understand without being a financial expert. Thanks to Trevor my finances are now in a satisfactory condition.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

My desired outcomes for both collaborations with Trevor were carried out very proficiently and in an acceptable time-frame. He has a skill in simplifying issues that means an informed decision can be reached. I would definately use Trevor's services in the future.

What could they have done better?

I feel that, all things considered the desired outcome was reached and reviewing the actions taken I do not feel that we could have improved any great deal on what was achieved taking any other action.

Review of my current pension options and the transfer of a former employer pension pot early to enable me to reduce my current working hours while not reducing my income.

How has Trevor Clark helped you?

Trevor reviewed my potential earnings from my various pensions , produced multiple options on how to maximise my financial options, advised if the current pensions should remain with the current provider and looked how he could help me achieve my financial objectives ahead of retirement.

Completely happy with the outcome of Trevor's recommendations and my work/life balance is much better.

I don't believe so.

Absolutely. Pension costs are now more identifiable and less volatile, enabling the Company to factor into its Product Costing in a far more accurate way.

What could they have done better?

Not sure what could have been improved. Ultimately I want to work with someone I can rely upon, am confident with, and whose knowledge, skill and advice I trust to be accurate and in the Company’s best interest. Trevor Clark ticks all of those boxes

He conducted a thorough review of my current circumstances, both lifestyle and financial . He took the time to understand our circumstances and using language we could relate to, made a recommendation.

I am extremely happy with the results I got, which have made a significant difference to my life. Having the additional regular income, without having to leave home has relieved stress which I was unaware was there.

It would be difficult to think of anything that could have been done better as Trevor and his team were working under tight timescales for me and delivered on time

He explained all my options clearly answering any questions in language that a didn't require a financial background to understand. The recommendations Trevor made were suggested without making me feel obligated to accept and in an instance where I didn't follow his advice he clearly explained the risk I was taking and then accepted my decision.

Not entirely as Trevor's advice was correct and mine with the benefit of hindsight wasn't.

Looking to take early retirement and wasn't sure if we could afford to We had several pensions, savings and redundancy payments to consider.

Trevor understood our needs and goals and presented all the proposals in a detailed but understandable way. All the pension and investment advice has proved to be very beneficial.

We retired eight years go at the age 56 and have continued to enjoy our retirement in a very comfortable financial position. We have an annuity, a draw down pension and investments which we are completely satisfied with, all arranged by Trevor. We still have an annual financial review with Trevor.

What could they have done better?

Trevor is very thorough and always presents us with all the different options which does sometimes generate a lot of paperwork, but this is not really a bad thing.
