Took over from a previous adviser: I have had phone calls and face to face discussions. Helped sourced ethical investments which are important to me.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
We had endowment policies and they were coming to an end. This was many years ago, when John had just finished taking the appropriate exams needed for the work that he does.
How has John Tucker helped you?
He has helped us deal with my husbands pension, advised us on bonds and investment ISAs. He has helped us with our wills and helped our son get a mortgage.

We have seen good outcomes. Great advice on mortgages,wills and investments. He has a great knowledge of products and how you can do better.
What could they have done better?
Excellent advisor.
