What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Due to working in Sales I earn a very "basic" basic and a high commission, due to this High Street lenders won't touch me and as such I have used IFA's to obtain the better offers on the market. My previous IFA had retired and I thankfully stumbled across Ms Baker via an online search.

I have recently bought a house, which is first time in UK. And I had no idea of how I can avail my mortgage and how much is my realistic capability of mortgage amount I can apply for.
