Felt it was a sensible thing to do. Wanted someone to advise me for long term financial security.
How has Mark Chandler helped you?
Guided me and advised me within my comfort zone of risk appetite. Recommended movement of funds to gain the best return, offered a steadying hand when the market has not performed as well as it might have.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes. My funds have done well, and certainly better than I would have originally wished for.
What could they have done better?
Had better hindsight! I'm honestly not sure if they could have done anything better overall.

Mark has been my financial adviser for more than 10 years. He was recommended by my brother in law as I needed advice on my pension lump sum.
How has Mark Chandler helped you?
Mark assesses my investment risk profile on an annual basis, explains the performance of my investments very clearly and supports all this with hard copies. I have every confidence in Mark and his protection of my investments. He responds very quickly when I have a query either by phone or email.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes. This particular annual review (March 2026) was surprisingly promising and, again, the circumstances for my investment performance well explained.
What could they have done better?
Happy with outcomes and communications.

Yes, we are both realistic and understand pensions are never going to be like winning the lottery, so steady and consistent planning is important.

I do not think Mark has missed any clear and secure opportunities as he has managed my pension funds.
