Due to a change in our work situation and both my husband and myself working for our own company we needed to re assess our finances and set up security for the future.

I required advice on how best to invest my divorce settlement to enable me to rebuild my life but also to ensure I was financially secure through until retirement.

How has Lisa Conway-Hughes helped you?

She helped me consider what I needed initially like a house purchase a car and holidays then and to plan my expenditure so good practical budgeting and then we looked at how best to invest the remaining money based on my appetite for risk.. she explained the options to me and we discussed their performance.

Yes the portfolio that Lisa has managed for me was spread across Several Platforms and it has made steady annual returns.

What could they have done better?

My only feedback is that I have multiple investments across multiple platforms and it’s easy to lose track of everything so it’s really helpful to have a summary sheet showing any encashments and annual growth. Otherwise I am very happy with how Lisa manages my investments. We recently reviewed my risk profile and increased the rating as I had gained more confidence as an investor. But next year I might be mire risk adverse in view of the challenging market forces.
