What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I was a Co owner / Director of an SME and the Chairman of that Company who was a happy client of the firm Tom was employed by, recommended that we Directors moved our existing pensions over to Tom's company. I have personally been extremely happy with the financial advice that Tom provides for me.

How has Tom Huntington helped you?

Tom regularly checks with me my appetite to risk and assesses my risk profile whilst constantly establishing any changes to my financial situation. He listens attentively, asks pertinent questions and looks to ensure that my decisions on pension platform and level of risk match my current needs and expectations, always pointing out the alternative options and accompanying risks and likely possible returns.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes, of late in particular I have been pleased with the growth in my pension pot.

What could they have done better?

Nothing springs to mind.

I changed pension provider.

He conducts a thorough annual review of the performance of my pension, discusses risk, evaluates whether my income needs have changed and whether I need to make changes in future, considers possible changes in my portfolio. He is available to discuss things as they arise, including accessing funds.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Tom was the financial advisor at the company that my husband worked for .When he retired Tom continued to give financial advice.

How has Tom Huntington helped you?

Tom continued to help us both when Chris retired in 2014 with investments ,lump sum ,pension ISAs and ensuring that we had Powers of Attorney in place for each other. He always made sure that we understood the risks and rewards and we always felt confident that Toms advice was the best we could receive. Sadly, Chris died in 2023. Throughout this very difficult time Tom was always available to help me with transferring all investments into my name .I also decided that I would transfer my investments into the same place.Thus making it easier for me to manage.
