What could they have done better?
On the Shackleton Financial portal there is an option to be able to do Cash flow forecasting. I have been asking for this to be switched on for nearly 2 years. I know Tom has asked your IT department on several ocassions but it seems like it is falling on deaf ears. To have this offered to you but not be able to use it, is extremly disappointing. I would like someone to sort it out ASAP. Thanks, Mark

Explained current market trends , and investment performance . Advised on inheritance tax and ways of gifting to reduce the possible liability. Advised on pension planning and drawing of lump sum .

Yes ! investments have been steady and advice has been good .
