I got redundancy monies then inheritance

He has patiently explained financial matters so that they become clear and readily understandable. He has been sensitive to my needs and limitations and provided a warm and friendly figure whom I can trust and easily approach.

I was already with the company and Govind took over my portfolio.

He gave straightforward advice on how I could save some money by moving my fund.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes but the changes are still being processed.
What could they have done better?
We had face to face on line discussions which were ok but not without IT glitches. Call me old fashioned but my preference is for actual face to face meetings as has been my prebious experience.
