I was unhappy with the performance of my pension provider (UBS) and was recommended Skerrits (now Shackleton) by a colleague.

I really enjoy having Eloise Jenner as my adviser because she makes me feel comfortable, discusses my life and work with me, and gives me the space to ask questions if I don't understand anything. She also explains things and never forces any product or direction but feel I can come to it slowly, unless there are external world situations that make it more imperative to make changes. I definitely trust the advice she gives me.
