Joseph (Joe) has been great! He kept his online video call appointment dead on time. His image was totally clear, and he didn't mind that mine was not available. (Issue since then resolved.) Joe very clearly explained what steps he would take for optimising my retirement income. He also explained clearly what the terms and fees would be, should I wish to go ahead and engage his service. He has kept in touch to ask for a few more relevant details about my circumstances, and given a time frame estimate about future progress. He is only to happy to talk about any concerns I might have about anything financial, and made it clear that I could get in touch with him anytime. I would recommend Joseph anytime for pensions advice.
