Meeting Gavin was a pleasure and he grasped my financial needs quite quickly so able to advise on the best possible solutions movign forward. I recived an email with the costs involved so still reviewing options.

Accessibility, approachability, professional attitude, common sense, in-depth knowledge regarding my dilemma.

What could they have done better?

Not much more. Gavin was just totally professional and focussed on my behalf. I know and understand little of the intricacies involved in this aspect of my future. My instinct was such that he sufficiently gained my confidence to entrust my dealings totally to him. I will be in a better position to adequately review Gavin's advice after a further year or two.

Gave me lots of options and I came out feeling I had been given good sensible advice but no hassle or pressure to sign anything or commit immediately. It was not the hard sell I thought it might be but they were obviously confident I would return and i did. Afterwards they have been very helpful in all my dealings and regular reviews. The industry may have a bad reputation but this was like going back 25 years to the days of good old fashioned sensible advice. Cokkham is lucky!

Provides concise information and advice and conducts performance reviews regularly, with minimal paperwork ( my preference). Results have been excellent inspite of my low risk profile. Gavin is very professional but also personable and friendly.
