Not much, maybe slightly quicker on email reply but then if he is not busy how good is he?

Sunny organised retrieval of my diverse pension assets and combined them into one investment portfolio, advising against annuitising in separate smaller packages.

Possibly could have recommended investing in higher risk, higher reward portfolios, however this is in hindsight of market performance.

Very patiently listened to me as a complete novice and with some historical financial issues that still impact my mentality Very patiently explained my expected financial position going forwards reassuring me that I will not be bankrupt, should have to sell my home and continue to enjoy a standard of living similar to that I have enjoyed over the last 24 years
